FAQ
What happens after i book a shoot on the website? A team member will reach out to you as soon as possible. They will gather all details of dates, ideas, backdrops, “inspo” and etc for the appointment. Your input gives us more information regarding who you are and how we will formulate making your creation happen. You will also need to book your studio time at the desired location we provide, unless outdoor.
How long will it take for my images to come back? Please allow up to 5 days for your raw photos to be reviewed. After you have picked the raw photos you would like edited, there will be a five-day turnaround time. Please allow up to 8 traditional business days (M-F) for the entire process to be completed. Raw pictures and final images are not delivered on weekends (Unless stated).
How will my images be delivered? Signatureshotss uses a variety of methods to deliver your photos in a quality manner. Ideally we use Pixieset, but other systems may be used.
Do you travel outside of Greensboro, NC? Yes, travel fees will apply. If the client is searching for a studio session, the client is fully responsible for booking it and should let a Signatureshotss member know.
What if I need my images back before ten days? You must pay a $50 expedite fee. The expedite fee ensures that final photos are delivered between a 3-4 day timespan. We do not accept bookings for clients that cannot wait a 3-4 day minimum.
My final images were delivered, but I want my retouched images revised, can I get them redone? ALL retouched images/edited photos are final. All revisions require $10 per image. Now if it a simple mistake (Ex: photo a little too dim) We will resolve the issue on our end. We do not do any body modifications or face altering of any sort.
How early should I arrive for my appointment? A client can arrive up to 15-20 minutes prior to their shoot.
Policies
This policy form outlines the terms and conditions that govern the use of this website and the services provided by Signatureshotss LLC. By using this website, you agree to comply with these policies. Please read them carefully.
Please allow eight days for both edited images and raw photos to be returned. If you need them sooner, an expedite fee of $50 will apply.
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. Once you pay your deposit you are agreeing to the terms of service. Your $50 dollar deposit goes towards your final payment amount. IF indoor you will be asked to book your studio time as well, at the desired location of choice. (studio times price vary).
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you must reschedule with a new deposit or pay the late fee of $50 that will be charged to your card after the session along with your remaining balance.
If we can only complete some of your looks due to tardiness of the customer, the remaining balance is still due for the original service you booked.
Rescheduling fees are $25 if you do not reschedule within a 24 hour time span of your appointment. You may reschedule once without an additional charge. Any reschedules after that will result in the rescheduling fee.
If you do not want to comply with the $50 late fee following you being late for an appointment. You may reschedule within another 24 hours for $25. No reschedule before the 24 hour frame. You must rebook a shoot.
All payments for services are non-refundable due to the nature of our services. Once raw photos have been delivered and the service has been performed, all charges are non-refundable.
All payments made for services are non-refundable after being performed. If the client requests a refund for late edits, a partial refund may be considered, but the client will not receive retouched images. The client will receive unedited files since the service was still performed by the service provider they selected. Any disputed charges will ban you from booking services with Signatureshotss in the future, and you may be subject to court fees.
Please book all your appointments at least 2.5 hours in advance to include travel time. Being late due to an appointment booked before your shoot inconveniences our schedule. Signatureshotss cannot guarantee that we will be available to photograph you later. Please plan accordingly, or your appointment may be canceled without a refund.
Travel fees apply to those outside of Greensboro, NC. Studio fees apply for those of whom want to travel to Greensboro, NC but are seeking a studio session or location that requires payment.
"Special edits" will result in additional fees starting at $50 such as: Photoshopped balloons, writing, magazine edits, double images (the client shown double in an image), etc. please email us at Signatureshotss@.com for questions on what may be considered a "Special Edit".
